A. The opportunity to meet new people and the knowledge that what I do is benefiting them during one of the most stressful times in a person's life, "the home buying experience".
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. As for the profession as a whole, there are certain misconceptions about property inspections that is important for the public to know. First, when we are called to perform an inspection by our clients (buyers), that is exactly who we work for, the buyer! We are not as some may have heard in error, deal killers. We are unbiased, highly trained, skilled and professional. I believe I have just answered the question pertaining to myself. I as a person and as a professional property inspector, like to believe I demonstrate those qualities in every transaction I am involved in.
