I offer custom embroidery, digitizing, and heat transfers.
No order is too small! I will take those orders for one or two items that the big guys don't want to touch! Every order is handled by one person only, me, so you can be assured of a truly personalized, one-of-a-kind item!
I design it, I stitch it, I inspect it, and I ship it; this is the kind of attention-to-detail that you won't find at a big box store. If you can't find the right design to suit your needs in my stash of thousands of designs, I can work with you to create it from scratch, if you have the artwork.
Do you need something customized, but on a lesser scale than embroidery? I've recently added a heat press to my business, so that I can offer customized, printed items, at a lower price point.
A. My husband is a golf professional, so most of my work revolved around golf related items in the beginning. We are also pet lovers, so I do a lot of pet related items. As word of mouth gets out, my "range" of designs have broadened - I am now getting into the biker world with leather embroidery and biker-related patches.
A. Every order is truly customized - particular care is given to attention to detail, exceptional customer service and fast turn around time. I don't want a customer to have to settle for something that is pretty close to what they're looking for - I want them to get exactly what they have in mind! This is a one person operation from design to shipping so no details get overlooked!
A. I love the creativity that is a necessary essential to custom embroidery and digitizing. I love the challenge of coming up with a design or creation that truly meets my customer's needs. I love getting to know new people even if it isn't face-to-face and I love to make people happy and feel great about their purchase with me!
A. Probably the most common question is "What do you charge?" And this is one of the most difficult questions to answer - there really is no generic, standard answer.
I try to price my work as fairly as possible for both my customer and for myself. I need to price my work so that I make money and stay in business, but I want my customers to feel that they are getting a great value for their money. So many things have to be taken into account - the complexity of the design, the length of time it takes to stitch out, the number of stitches in the design, the type of material the design is being stitched on and how much work has to be done after the design stitches out. For example, I might have a different price for the exact same design that is stitched on a towel compared to being stitched on a leather jacket - I will charge more for the design stitched on leather, because I use special needles, special backing, the machine must be slowed down and I generally don't stitch through the jacket lining, so there is more time needed to undo the lining and then hand stitch it back in place!
A. Probably the biggest feather in my cap to date is being asked to do the pillow cases and hand towels for the hotel rooms for the entire US Ryder Cup Team, their wives and girlfriends and PGA Officers in 2010. Since my husband and I have been in the golf business for over 25 years, this really was an honor!
