Introduction: My name is Ashley Melville, and I’m the newest Professional Ballroom dancer in the Melbourne, FL area! I recently moved here from Denver, Colorado where I owned the Ballroom Studio Zenergy Dancesport! I have been practicing all forms of dance - contemporary, ballet, hip hop and jazz since the age of 3, but partner dancing has become my absolute passion in the past 10 years! I am also a certified Dance Vision instructor. I love teaching individuals and couples alike, to help them achieve their dancing goals! I teach everything from Salsa to Foxtrot, WCS and Country to Tango & Bachata…I also LOVE getting wedding couples ready to perform their first dances! I am a professional competitor (most recently American Smooth), a mom of 2, and a motivated businesswoman…I am flexible in scheduling, and am available most days and weekends!
I teach independent out of Dancin’ Dance studios located in Indialantic, and offer a $25 introductory special, so please reach out with any and all questions you may have!

I was looking for a one on one personalized experience tailored to a beginner. Ashley was easily able to curate a customized solution for our unique needs. Her lessons build strength, confidence, and proper technique. She is also a strong communicator. I recommend her as an instructor.

My husband and I are renewing our vows and highered Ashley to give us dance lessons and choreograph our first dance. At first my husband drug his heels but after the first lesson even he is excited to go. Ashley is very professional but also very easy to get along with. She easily listens to what we what and helps us get there. You can clearly tell she cares about her clients and their needs/wants. Shes been dancing professionally almost all her life and you can definitely tell she knows what she is talking about. Not only does she teach us the steps she watches closely and shows us how we can improve them or the little tweaks that make a world of difference. We are doing a Vietnamese walts which can be complicated. Ashley has made it super fun and easy to learn. We were below beginners when we started (like have never formally danced before) and now I am extremely pleased with the tremendous progress we have made! She also understands the strains of hectic schedules and has been very flexible and accommodating. I 100% recommend her for any dance lessons you need or want. We have learned so much in such a short amount of time and yet it still just feels like we are having fun. It also makes for a great date night/day with your partner!

Ashley was absolutely the best to work with for our first wedding dance. She was very easy to contact and an absolute blast to work with! My husband and I looked forward to our dance lessons. Ashley was amazing at breaking down our dance for us to understand and she was very patient while teaching, especially since we had zero dance experience. I would recommend Ashley to anyone and we are looking forward to more dance lessons in the future!
