Question and answer
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. If I was a consumer, I would like to know the "nuts and bolts" of the work which was planned and what materials were to be used. I would also be interested with the trades, how long they have been around and the quality of work they do.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We believe that we treat all of our customers with a personal one to one approach that allows us to connect and stay on track daily with their project.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love creating something different for every customer, in our business, every job is another custom project and is like no other, which is why it keeps in interesting and creative.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question we get; is "how long will this project take?" We have a computerized schedule that we map out for every job which covers every phase of work to be done with dates associated with that particular phase of work. This puts the customers at ease, knowing that we have carefully planned the work and put in "safety nets" for different aspects of the work.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. My favorite story would have to be about a job we did about 20 years ago for a young couple who was building their first home. They were very nervous when making decisions about their home and the choices they made, but we guided through these tough decisions and I believe helped them to better understand what the final product would be at the end, well as it turns out, they became life-long friends to this day, we see them quiet often and laugh about some of the events that we endured together in our venture.
