A. Unfortunately nowadays there are a lot of people stating they are a professional, but truly are not. Make sure the contractor is licensed/certified/and insured. Also the use of a truckmount system and professional grade products. Always check the BBB for the rating.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Do not use over the counter products, as some will actually lock in a stain and have not RESOLVEd the issue. Be aware of the bait & switch tactics, there is a video clipping on www.accarpetclean.com, regarding this issue.
