Matthew Sgroi has prepared multiple meals for me and my fiancé and the food is always amazing! There have been many times where he has had to adjust the meal for 1 or 2 people with particular taste and was able to do so with ease. He continues to amaze me every time he steps foot in the kitchen. The thing that I like best about Matt is that he allows me to help with preparing the meal whenever I ask. He will teach me the different techniques and tricks to making the meal turn out perfect and I love learning from him! I would recommend him for anyone with a desire to learn some great cooking tips or if you are just looking for that perfect meal for any function. Matthew Sgroi is the best!
