I have three new certification exams coming up next month in March. They are a very important part of our job.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It's all I've ever been good at, besides music and art, since I was five years old.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common job types performed for clients includes fixing broken or malfunctioning computer hardware, installed new accessories or peripherals, configuring new DSL lines or cable modems, setting up new telephones, fax machines and printers, or upgrading/ reinstalling Windows operating systems or programs (like Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Suite.)
