- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer to meet new customers at their home or place of business. Let them explain the situation. At that point we determine a diagnosis and provide him or her with an estimate. Some estimates may take a little longer depending on size of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
