With my child becoming a 16 year old new driver, I wanted to make sure my assets were protected in case he does what all teenagers do - Wreck their cars. David was able to structure some unique assets protection where I am protected. Some of the asset protection extends beyond my 16 years old's actions and will also cover law suits, future creditor risks should the need ever arise.

I was 3 years into a big lawsuit against Apple Computer dealing with a computer business that I owned, when I decided to go to law school if we were successful.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A client came to us the day before they were to be evicted from their home by the sheriff. We were able to get that stopped and the foreclosure judgment through out by the court.
