Edward is a floor artist!! He has refinished all the floors in a house I purchased in need of some major TLC. He pulled up 45-year old carpet that was glued onto wood floor in the kitchen and made those floors look amazing! He also patched a roughly 2'x3'x hole in the floor that had been crudely patched with plywood and nails. You can't even tell it was there now!! Professional, friendly, great attention to detail. He was recommended to me by my realtor and I'm very glad I found him!
