A Well Kept Home is a boutique style residential cleaner and home management solutions company serving the Greater Jacksonville, FL Area. We are licensed, insured and experienced. What sets us apart from other cleaners is that we only clean one home a day--yours. That way, you get our undivided attention and we are not in a hurry to get to our "next appointment."
We use commercial quality equipment and in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we buy locally from other small businesses, just like ourselves. We offer an All Natural or All Green Seal Certified Cleaning package for the more environmentally conscious person. It doesn't cost any more than traditional cleaning packages.
We are avid recyclers and re-purpose wherever we can. Giving back to our community is important to us, so we volunteer our time at local schools, we donate blood, and we donate free cleaning to people receiving Hospice Care.
We give substantial discounts to seniors, veterans, and teachers as our way of saying "thanks" for a life well lived.
A. People who have large houses, kids and pets are some of our biggest customers. They do a lot of living in the home and well, life with kids and pets can be messy! But families often put a priority on quality of life and would rather spend time with the kids than spend time with the vacuum! We appreciate them very much!
A. I encourage potential clients to interview at least 3 house keepers or companies to see who they think will be the best fit. Cheaper cleaners don't always translate into savings for the customer. Look for a person who you think you will enjoy a working relationship with.
A. We only clean one house a day so we are not rushing to finish a job. We are very thorough and detailed, giving your house as much attention as possible.
A. What I like most about this job is that I know people like coming home on days I have cleaned their house. It's more welcoming and enticing!
A. Are you licensed and insured is one of the most common questions and the answers are both "yes" and "yes!" You can see copies of our documentation in the FAQ section of our web site.
