  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Q. What is a Fitness or Personal Training Program? The program sets realistic Long Term Goals that are achieved by completing milestones along the way. A Road Map and the Program Guidelines are Discussed and Set to be able to move forward smoothly and continuously. The Cliet is overseen by the Fitness Director while performing many of the activities offered at the club and by meeting with a Personal Trainer regularly. Programs require time commitment on behalf of the client. This greatly increases the chances of success. Programs use multiple approaches to reach your goals. Different programs have different goals and ways to reach them. To name a few: Fitness Instruction LifeStyle & Nutrition Weight Loss / Body Composition Shape, Tone & Woman’s Fitness Athletics & Sports Flexibility Q. What is the difference between Single Sessions and a Training Program? When purchasing Single Sessions or a Session Package, the client has developed a relationship with a Personal Trainer. This relationship allows the client to have more power over the decisions in the program and the training schedule but is also heldmore accountable for the results. Single Session many times have higher cost, don’t have a set schedule and require an advanced understanding of how Personal Training works. It is recommended for clients that have been training continuously for at least over a year, clients that are graduating from a Training Program or clients that need to manage their training schedule. When engaging in a Training Program, The Fitness Director establishes from the very first moment the road map, the guidelines, the schedule and the frequency of the sessions. The Fitness Director, as the expert, will have power over most of the decisions in the program in order to make it easier for the client to concentrate on learning and training. As the program moves forward the client is educated in technique, posture, anatomy, gym equipment & machines, club activities & group fitness classes, nutrition and LifeStyle to name a few. After reaching milestones along the way and achieving the set goals, the client becomes more aware and knowledgeable of a healthier and more active LifeStyle. Training Programs require a commitment by the client to a specific amount of time and frequency which increases the chances of the program being successful. The commitment is also rewarded with discounts on training packages & memberships and places most of the accountability on the professional monitoring your progress. The only thing the client has to do is show up ready to work and enjoy the ride to a new you. It takes time, but we can get there. You won’t get to step 1000 if you don’t take step 1. Keep Walking!
