FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My agency offers many services that have different pricing in the investigative, personal protection, and security fields. I can provide the price based on the particular service requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new client, I begin with a meeting to identify the unique details of the request. I have found that often clients omit information they think may have no relevance when fact it does. In the event that a meeting is not possible I conduct this process by telephone, Only after I verify the identity of the new client (to prevent fraud).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice investigations from Troy University (Formally Troy State University). I began my LE career at Florida State Prison where I supervised inmates, most notably Ted Bundy. I also served as a deputy with the U.S. Marshall Service, Middle District of Florida. I have additional training in conducting investigations gained through my thirty year career as a police officer / investigator with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Many of the courses that I received during my career were advanced, for law enforcement only.
