My wife and I own a few Airbnb properties in the St. Augustine area in Florida. The team at Barksdale Management Inc. does a phenomenal job maintaining, cleaning and turning over our properties for our next guest. Barksdale Management Inc, is my peace of mind, as it relates to my property in Jacksonville, Florida. We're reversed SNOWBIRDS, we're in the Midwest more now, because of our 1st Grandchild/family, so we depend solely on BARKSDALE MANAGEMENT INC to check on our home in Florida, for any issues/and or concerns. They go in weekly to check/retrieve or mail, check our home for any plumbing issues, leaks, insects that has entered somehow(it's Florida!) , check and start our luxury cars, water my plants, and checking inside and outside of our home, FRONT AND BACK. This last visit to Florida I didn't have time to clean and wash all of my bedding because we had guest from Chicago in town and we flew back with them, so the BARKSDALES came in and washed all the linen and cleaned my enter 2,000 sq ft home.
Lastly, you're on FaceTime with them as they do the walk thru! #PEACE
