I first worked with Josh when he interviewed me for the MotleyCrue Cast, a podcast for creative types that he manages. He was professional, authentic and made me feel right at home. He also recently wrote a guest post on my blog for fellow UX folks about tools & tips for those of us who freelance. Josh was great to work with both times...definitely connect with him if you get the chance.

Question and answer
Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Web design, Illustration, cartooning, video production, audio production, and animation. If a new customer is actively looking, they come to us with a specific need in mind. We're here to facilitate their needs.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. We'd encourage you to shop around and get a second opinion on something if you'd like. We understand that we may not be the right studio for you, but that doesn't mean we won't help find someone who is.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our attention to detail and effective client communication really help in creating a service or product that everyone is happy with.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The fact that everyday could be different. I like that I can be working on a solution for a carpet cleaner one day then start working on a series of illustrations the next.
Networking with other professionals and our clients is what can make or break your own success.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "Do you handle consulting work?" We actually do, but the service is only as an advisory role. If we handled any of the work or content and it became labor intensive, we'd have to charge our normal rate.
