Mr Miller pleased us first by showing up very promptly and was obviously very knowledgeable about our small bathroom renovation project and then gave us a reasonable quote and informed us that this type of job is full of surprises but with vast experience he implied he had covered most already in the quote !! We agreed to his time schedule and terms for payments !! In the end we were extremely happy with the value of his work and he finished one day late of his actual proposal with only two extra charges along the way because of plumbing issues and moving electrical I would recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their house thanks again Mr Miller for your outstanding performance we are tickled with our new bathroom ! I do really appreciate kind words from a customer who dealt with lots of issues throughout the project any project of this nature will encounter the unforeseen as most people know The job did turn out perfectly but took about 4 days longer than I anticipated but I was extremely happy with the outcome after being allowed the proper amount of time to perform, Thanks again J. He didn't show up. He said it was a family issue but then he didn't show up to my neighbors job a couple days later. Texted the night before he was coming... but didn't show the next day. No call or text.

I'm highly concerned that a potential customer would provide such a demeaning review when I did call to let him know I had an emergency with my family and that would always come first with most anyone who reads this we only canceled a project for a few days that had been waiting at his home for a couple of weeks I don't understand the review but accept a a person's opinion and I hope those who read this will as well

Ended up firing him for lack of forethought. I had to take the day off of work but he was away and didn't tell me more than 15 minutes ahead of time that he wouldn't be coming on the day I took off. Based on his location, he knew he would not make it back in time to start on my project at the agreed upon time. Probably wouldn't have fired him if he had bothered to texte even 12 hours prior so I could readjust and go in to work but I can't readjust my work schedule with only 15 minutes notice two hours after my work start time.

Well I'm sorry that the customer has become so upset to file a review so demeaning of me when I did call but with the emergency situation I was in there seem to be more importance dealing with my daughter's emergency issues and the project would only have been put off one day and I called as soon as it came a good opportunity for a morning phone message but I do respect people's opinions and I hope everyone who reads this will is well family emergencies hold great precedence with me and I look for to entertaining other project ideas from potential customers 👍👍
