    First appearance always means a lot to me.Does he or she have passion for what they do.Do they belong to a culinary organization.Make sure they ask if you have any dietary concerns.Are they willing to listen to you and then create a sample menu for your pleasure.do they have a website that you may see sample menu's and prices. Do they have any references.Do you have a good feeling about the chef as a person.Almost always the lowest price is to good to be true,make sure there is no hidden costs.I don't like surprise's why should you.
