I use 2JData for all of my IT issues with my new eCommerce business. I have bought computers equipment, had computers serviced, and even have hosting with 2JData. They are a one stop IT shop. I can always reach them when I need to and they work quickly to help me. They even fixed a problem at my old office that our in-house IT guy couldn;t handle. 2JData is the best company for anything dealing with technology.

2J Data did fantastic work on my laptop. My computer froze up and had the blue screen of death! 2J Data cleaned everything on my hard drive and now my computer works as fast as when I bought it. 2J Data also help my wife's office get their server back on line and functioning properly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2JData's computer repair specialists have different prices per need. As for the Web development department, we have standard prices we follow per site and you are welcome to call and ask what those prices are and what comes with the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At 2JData, we take the time to listen to the needs of our client's and we provide solutions for their needs. A lot of companies get frazzled when a client asks for certain things, at 2JData, we never miss an opportunity to build a relationship with new clients and we make it a priority to find solutions to all of our client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our computer repair specialists have A+, N+ certifications. Our web director, Nicole Mayer, holds a college degree in web design and development as well as a degree in accounting.
