We have a few high usage printers in the office that sometimes need repair. Jupiter Technology Center (JTC) is always available to us within a very reasonable time frame, fixes the problem or advises us what needs to be done to solve issues. From the contact we have had with them over the years, we always feel comfortable that the best solution has been provided and at an economical price. We cancelled our "maintenance plan" provided by our printer vendor and just call JTC if we need anything. Much Cheaper! And more Comprehensive and Efficient!

Great person, honest and means to do well. Does not have test and diagnostic equipment to locate a hardware problem. End result I paid the quoted price and computer was not repaired.
