Our experience has always been fantastic! We've booked many cruises with Cruise Planners - Top Sail Journeys including on Norwegian, Regent, Oceana, Seabourn and Cunard. Each time, we are given many first hand experiences at different ports of call including excursions & activities. Top Sail even anticipates which side of the ship we should book our cabin on, for example. All in all, we've had outstanding experiences with Top Sail so far.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients do not pay for my services, I work on a commission basis and am paid by the travel provider. While my prices are the same as if you booked the travel yourself on the internet, I provide ease of arrangements, insight into the different travel products and recommendations on sightseeing, tours, travel tips and insider information for smart travelers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them tell me what they are looking for and make suggestions as to how they can most easily and affordably develop their travel plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Cruise Counselor (ACC) with CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Association). I also have 25+ years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, and am a top producing agent with Cruise Planners - the largest network of home-based travel agents in the country.
