Matthew was great! He was very professional and restored my corrupt system in just a day. I will surely recommend him to my friends and anyone else I hear that has a computer problem. And the price was very reasonable! THANKS AGAIN MATTHEW!!

A. Don't go with the cheapest just because they are just that. Cheap price usually means cheap service. Try to find someone who appears to have a passion for the work he does. Google the company and look to see if they're legit and have any favorable reviews.
A. I would want to know that the big box companies are the absolutely worst to go with. Heart sinking prices and incredibly poor service. Much of the work is actually sent out to other companies because they don't have real technicians on staff.
Go with someone who has a passion for what they do.
A. Ask about their job, their experience, why they do what they do. See how confident and experienced they are. You should also be able to sense they passion if they have any.
A. How long they can go without their computer and any questions they want to ask dealing with computers.
A. My work is very thorough and my passion for computers shows through in all the work I do. I take to the time to explain what I do to my clientele and offer them tips and advice and will take as many questions as they have. Much of my work is completed the same day.
