I started with a small job for putting attic ladder. But Frank won me over with his hard work and attention to detail. I ended up doing minor roof patch work, siding for my window, minor touch paint, putting shelves in master closet and epoxy paint for garage. I must say Frank did fantastic job on all of this tasks. I just left my keys and left it to Frank to work in it while I was at work. He is a very trustworthy and friendly guy. He will give you his honest opinion and suggestions on what would look good and why. He also brought his son spencer and he was fantastic too!! What a team to get job done.
While I have a house in Florida, Frank is the person I would turn to for any handyman work.

One of the best contractors I found after lots of problems with other contractors- five start material...
Very Patient and honest...
Frank and his partner was tasked to design manufacture and install a number of lights and special lighting for my new Townhouse. It was quite a task to begin with but the construction of the house made it even a harder task. They designed and installed exactly what I wanted overcoming all obsticles and it turned out perfect. A job well done and would recommend them to anyone for any kind of remodeling.

A. My most common is faucet replacement and light fixture replacement. Lately, I have been doing a lot of drywall repair and tiling floors.
A. One question they should always ask is for references. This is important because there are so many people out there who say they can do, and they can, but not a good finished product.
A. When I work with a customer I listen very carefully to what they want, not what I want to do. I explain everything I do and at the end of the day I go over what has been accomplished and what is coming up the next day. I want their finished project to be like a showcase. They have to live with it everyday and I want to ensure it is exactly what they want. If it is not I, will make sure it is. I take pride in my work and I am a perfectionist.
A. I love to work with my customers. They are the most important part of my job because I am working for them to give them a finished product they will be proud to show off.
A. Being a handyman is not what it sounds like. I don't do just odd jobs. Yes, I do a lot of "Honey do" lists, but I also listen to what my customers want and need done in their homes and guide them through the procedures that will eventually get them there. I do a lot more than just handyman jobs. I will remodel the whole inside of a house if that is what the customer is looking for an end result.
