This guy is complete garbage.Because of his awful inspection I lost thousands of dollars on a home I purchased. Did not tell me there was leaks in my roof or that my Ac system was no good. I found out when I closed that the Ac was no good and a week later found out about the roof leaking. When I called him and asked him this guy gave me attitude. Also the wind mitigation he performed was no good. When my insurance agent was looking into it, he asked me why did I go with this guy. That he has had problems with him before l. This guy is a joke. Would not recommend him.

THE INSPECTION TOOK ABOUT 2HRS ON A 1875 SQFT HOME. VERY DETAILED ON ITEMS FOUND DURING THE INSPECTION AND FOUND A ACTIVE ROOF LEAK.
HE WAS THERE WHEN WE ARRIVED TO THE HOME. AND WAS ALREADY ON THE ROOF.
KNOWLEDGEABLE ON ALL ITEMS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I'M GLAD I GOT ADRIAN TO DO THE INSPECTION. LOTS OF PHOTOS AND THE REPORT WAS ON TIME 24-36 HRS AFTER THE INSPECTION WAS COMPLETED.
