Train 2 Compete setup a very easy to use, self-guided, custom workout program that my son was able to follow, which was catered to his specific needs as a pitcher. The program is going very well, and we are looking for continued results.
The responsiveness, professionalism and eagerness to drive success have all been catalysts on many occasions from Train 2 Compete. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a unique way of training.
