- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our clients are able to embrace the convenience of remote notary services as well. The cost for each mediation session for family/divorce or civil issues under $30,000, benefit from a minimal cost of $200 per party, while issues exceeding $30,000 are expertly addressed at $300 per party. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process with a free consultation, to understand the needs and circumstances involved with each individual client; and, answer any questions the potential client may have about our organization, our mediators, and/or the process. Once the consultation is complete, we are able to ensure we align each client with the best mediator to attend to their unique wants/needs. After the consultation, our mediation services coordinator sends a follow-up informational email to the potential client with a summary of our process and pricing, followed by a list of items needed in order to begin the process of scheduling a session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience excellence with AEP Mediation & Notary Services, where our mediators boast a minimum of a Bachelor's level Degree and a comprehensive 40 hours of formal mediation training in their specific areas of expertise. Some of our accomplished mediators are practicing attorneys, international attorneys, or hold a Juris Doctorate, ensuring a high level of legal insight. The majority are state-certified, with exceptions made for those residing in states that do not provide mediation certifications.
