FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that in order to give a fair quote for the job you need to see it firsthand. If you don't that is where huge "up-charges" comes from and then you are stuck for the increased price of the job as a homeowner. Lots of guys bid low just to get the job and when you hire them the work is substandard or you get hit with increased costs. or they just walk away after you pay them a deposit.. I don't suck you in by offering a ridiculously low price in my opening bid
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
