- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because there is such a range in what can be done in terms of event decor and florals there is no standing pricing system I use for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process when working with a new client usually begins with a phone conversation so I can get a feel for what the event host is looking for in terms of decor and/or florals and also find out if they have any "inspiration photos" for me to review so I can prepare for an initial face to face meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the special event industry since 2006.
