FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normally our prices are dependent on the type of material for example, carbon steel or wrought iron would be a lower price and aluminum and stainless steel are a bit higher. The level of difficulty increases with certain metals. We always try to work within a customer's budget, or find a solution that will.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Typical process for working with clients and customers involves listening to what they are looking to have done. Either complete an on-site visit, a plan review, or they can visit our shop. From there, we complete an accurate estimate and schedule the work to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
