Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you know who your dealing with. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Be sure to let the provider know exactly what you expect, so there are no misunderstandings when the job is finished and it comes time to pay.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Most of the secrets involve system and tactics. But if there truly was a secret to detailing and pressure cleaning it would be this. Traditionally the idea for pressure washing or cleaning your vehicle is once a year, I believe consistent cleaning make things easier on you the client and us the provider. I'd rather visit your home twice a year to pressure wash at $100 a visit, then have to do an overhaul on your home for $300 or $400 after 1 or more years of dirt has had time to acquire on it. It keeps your house looking good all the time and leaves no room for damages from clogged gutters, mold/ algae eating paint up, or mud dobbers staining painted walls.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. There are no universal questions that everyone should ask. It all depends on what is important to the client, because that is what is important to us. Ultimately every client has different needs, our job is to identify those needs, provide a fair profitable estimate and follow that up with punctual, professional service. Its worked so far.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I've said it in previous responses and I will say it again. That all depends on the client. If the client is a payment shopper then will probably have already thought to get several estimates, which is smart. If the client has particulars about their home or vehicle they should think about that and notify whoever is giving you the estimate or performing the job.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Professionalism! That's a broad category that really takes some work. From little things like uniforms and systems, to punctuality and the way you handle leads, complaints or anything that has to do with a client. We truly want to be a premier service in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas, and professionalism is how we plan to do it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Definitely working with my guys and with clients. We have fun and take pride in doing a good job. Working with clients and having laughs and a successful job well done is what really makes what we do satisfying. When we can overhaul someones home or vehicle and see their face when we are finished and joy and satisfaction we can bring to a client can't help but make you feel good.
