Introduction: Our work stands out because we care, your home is the largest investment you are likely to make in your lifetime. The time we spend completing our reports can often help you decide either way on that huge investment. We care for each and every customer like it was a friend or relative buying the home. Our reporting system is easy to understand and you will even get a report of suggested projects at no additional charge! The thing I like most about my job is being able to help people each and every day achieve their goals and dreams. To help them make an educated decision on where they may spend their lives for the next 50 years. Without any unpleasant surprises.

Left a message requesting a wind mitigation inspection and have not received a return call one week later. Left 2 call back numbers, both with voice mail. Poor customer service or doesn't need or want business.

The customer service is horrible and they do not stand behind thier inspections. They advertise they will check many aspects of your home but in reality they do not go as in depth as they portray on thier website. They also use guidelines that are 13 years old, which may have been considered a quality inspection at that time but it is anything but quality now.

The service and price wise he was very very good. He is thorough and shows up on time. He was the first one to respond back to everything, and he answered all the questions I had. I will difinitely get his service again. I will absolutely recommend his service to others.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ensure your Florida Home Inspector is Licensed, this is compulsory from July 1st 2011. Also ask for references, a good home inspector will always have them. Look at their reviews on line to see what their reputation is like. There is no substitute for experience, ensure you aren't getting an someone straight out of inspector school. Check the price, the cost for inspections can vary wildly.
