Traditions Cabinetry has been serving the Tampa Bay area since 1997. Our designers are experts in designing kitchens and bathrooms; but more importantly, we listen to you and what you want. So far...very impressed. After a horrific experience with a GC, we contacted several cabinetry companies for estimates. At first contact with Sheila, I was skeptical. She arranged an onsite visit. I quickly realized SHEILA really knows her craft. When all the proposals and drawings came back...she was the ONLY one provided EXACTLY what I asked for. Funny thing is my design didn't quite work the way I wanted. Sheila however was aware of the constraints, allowed me to see it on my own and gave great suggestions. She was on budget, quick with responding to questions and changes. She is to the point, extremely knowledgeable and I cannot thank her enough. We are in the final stages and will be ordering our cabinetry next week. I will update this review and let you know how it turned out. I suspect it will be perfect, if Sheila is in charge!

What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common project is designing and providing cabinets & countertops for kitchen remodels. The next most common project is bathroom remodels. We usually work directly with the homeowner, but also love working with remodeling contractors and interior designers.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had the honor of designing and providing the cabinetry in the 2014 Southern Living Magazine Showcase Home in Tampa (raising $20,000 for All Childrens Hospital and Operation Finally Home). We designed the cabinets for the Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bonus Room/Den, Master Bath, and 3 other bathrooms.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't focus on just getting the lowest price. A recent national survey of 1000 homeowners that had remodeled their kitchens showed that 36% wish that they had spent more to get exactly what they wanted --- that they didn't quite get their dream kitchen.
