I met Lars-Erik Robinson at an event in the fall of 2010. We were neighboring vendors for a full day, and had a chance to engage in conversation while I observed him entertaining and drawing caricatures of a wide range of people and their pets. We found a lot of common ground during our first meeting, and intended to collaborate and remain close through social media and in-person.

Although our two careers keep us very busy, we finally collaborated on a major project, July 2011 when I assisted Lars with his new LarsERArts logo and his LarsERArts.com website. It was a true synergistic effort as Lars and I both had a lot to offer, and he is open to communication and the ideas of others. Lars definitely was able to present the goals of the project, and had enough brilliant artwork to really make the site amazing. He was very appreciative of my assistance and is a courteous and perfect compliment to me and my way of working.

I have seen Lars grow as an artist with each quick sketch, mural, or extended illustration. As a person involved in the arts my entire life, with a BA in Fine Arts and history of working with professional artists - I have never seen the ability that this man has.

His sense of awareness and technique has no limit. Many others have technique, and can draw/paint - but Lars has the best of both worlds - he can SEE. Lars' observation of faces and personality is legendary and thoroughly engaging to see live. I know that I met Lars on the cusp of National recognition and an amazing career.

Every element is right about this man. He's on the right track, making calculated moves and working with great business sense and amazing talent. It is my desire that this recommendation will reach the National or international community who will view his portfolio and bring his artwork to a larger audience. His dedication to his craft and sacrifices of sleep, serenity, and an easy lifestyle are observable and commendable.

I am so happy to have Lars as a friend, client, and business collaborator - as I plan to involve him in my own design projects. He is a great person who really shines in one-on one interaction, and with a large crowd.

I highly recommend any interaction with Lars - whether it be a twitter or social media friendship, a studio portrait, art lessons, hiring him to draw caricatures at your next business or social event, a mural in your restaurant, or just a quick meeting and sketch at Pier 60 in Clearwater or the Pier in St. Petersburg, FL.

Lars is great at updating his @LarsERArts.com twitter account and calendar at http://www.LareERArts.com - so you can find him in Tampa Bay and watch his brand of ArtTainment. Once you meet Lars, you will see that his talent and spirit are unmatched, and that his love for family, friends, and his other interests have true passion and sincerity.
