Very poor service. The owner did not live up to his warranty and refuses to respond to my phone calls or emails. I was surprised how he treats me as a customer who had confidence in his services. Do not make the mistake of hiring this con artist. They got me for $1,200. You live and you learn... Get multiple quotes.he was way over priced which I learned after I made other calls to local contractors.

First of all, Michael H. has never called me trying to get warranty work and Michael H. is not in my database as a customer. Nor is anyone by that first name and last initial in my database as getting an estimate from me. I keep very close track. Since I am not a paid Tumbtack advertiser, and there is no way to track back who made this review, I have a suspicion that this review came from a competitor. One in particular likes to spend his time giving bad reviews to all his competitors within a 100 mile radius. At least 30 others have gotten bad reviews by him. He actually used his own or girlfriends name for a while. If you are who you say you are Michael, my number is open for all the world to see, along with my email address and business address. Prove you are my customer by posting the contract you would have signed. All my customers have a full contract then an invoice at the end. I'd be happy to see it and take care of the problems or even issue a full refund if you're not happy with our work. But you know who you are and I do to. I just wont stoop low enough to name you.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The most frequent jobs we do are cleaning and sealing pool deck and driveway pavers and fixing other contractors botched sealing jobs. It is important to clean the pavers thoroughly and re-sand the joints prior to sealing. Lots of contractors cut this corner. Also, as with all coatings, several light or thin coats are best, not thick and heavy.

See the video on this page. We stripped off acrylic sealer that had turned white and ruined the driveway for the homeowner. Then re-sealed with Seal N Lock. It's beautiful now!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you check references and county licensing requirements prior to hiring the contractor. Paver sealing in Pinellas county requires a painters license.
