House Cleaning Service

We are an owner-operated, licensed and insured company. I clean for one-time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and move-outs as well. I work 7 days a week, days or evenings, and short notice is not a problem. No contracts to be signed.

I will clean a 2-3 bedroom/2 bathrooms for $60.00. 1 bedroom/1 bathroom for $50.00. Flat rate all the time. Affordable rates for special projects.

I don't charge per room, per task, or hourly. Excellent references are available per your request. I offer a flat rate that is very affordable for any budget. I am the only one that will come clean your home. That is how I stay affordable for my clients.

General cleaning of all rooms:

- Picture/door frames
- Dusting of blinds/shutters. Wet wiping of blinds is extra due to being very time consuming, but very affordable.
- Clean cabinet/door facings
- Sweep/mop all hard floors
- Vacuum all carpeting
- Dust all furniture
- Dusting all knick knacks
- Window sills
- Remove all cobwebs
- Clean all ceiling fans
- Vacuum furniture, if requested
- Windex all mirrors/glass

Kitchen:

- Clean oven/range
- Clean/shine all stainless steel
- Clean outside of appliances
- Clean in/outside of microwave
- Clean cabinet facings
- Sanitize sinks/ countertop
- Wash/put away dishes

Bathrooms:

- Clean/disinfect in & around toilet
- Clean/disinfect sink/countertops
- Clean mirrors
- Clean cabinet facings
- Scrub/disinfect tub/shower
- Remove soap scum/hard water deposits
