- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not the price for tree work is based on the size of the tree or limbs to be removed or Prunned, where in reference to other structures it is. Is the tree accessible? Is the tree live or dead? How far do we need to haul on property and off?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To be honest and clear so we do not have any miscommunication. Communication is paramount to offering services for a reasonable fee. I never try to sell any one what they don't want. I simply try to see if our services will meet there need. As long as there expectation can be met with our services we usually have a job. I do what I say i will do when I say Ill do it. But I always try to do a little extra. If some one cant afford a service we will always work with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I attend CEU Classes at Ptec and others through the ISA Every year.
