I offer discounts to veterans, first responders, and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you hire me, you're hiring a professional who wants to establish a professional working relationship with customers. I prefer to meet people in person but I'm happy to communicate over the phone by call or text. You will be treated fairly, with respect and dignity at all times. I will provide you with the information you need to understand the work being completed on your project. I will be available to you every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience cleaning exterior surfaces, and have been trained commercially by a national pressure washing academy. Additionally, I have a BA in Security Management and an MA in Organizational Leadership. Although these areas of study aren't directly tied to the commercial pressure washing industry, they have helped me immensely with interacting with people and being a servant of the people.
