We also authored a home inspection primer, a home inspection monitor and a homeowners's property tax reduction manual. Furthermore, we are a certified building science thermographer, a remodeling coach and able to provide thermal imaging surveys.

We perform property condition assessments for residential and commercial properties. We serve existing property owners, real estate buyers and sellers and insurance companies. We are an experienced and knowledgeable problem solver who understands processes and issues related to structures and their systems. We are an expert witness, trainer and educator.

A. Years of experience in the construction and inspection of over 20,000 single family homes and apartments, as well as over 2.5 million square feet of commercial buildings and space. Always enhance clients position and interests by providing facts, honesty, integrity, and answers to enable them to make informed decisions.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy assisting and helping people understand various conditions that may be encountered during the inspection process. Educating people regarding various building products, building systems, and building conditions and how this may impact their decisions.

Experience in the construction industry ranging the full gamut of positions from construction laborer, estimating, specifications, contract management, supervision, and management gives me an insight that allows me to fully understand how various interactions can attribute to positive or negative aspects.
