We are also a member of the American society of home inspectors and a certified building contractor in the state of Florida. We are an education provider for Florida Real Estate Commission and Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board. We also authored a home inspection primer, a home inspection monitor and a homeowners's property tax reduction manual. Furthermore, we are a certified building science thermographer, a remodeling coach and able to provide thermal imaging surveys.

We perform property condition assessments for residential and commercial properties. We serve existing property owners, real estate buyers and sellers and insurance companies. We are an experienced and knowledgeable problem solver who understands processes and issues related to structures and their systems. We are an expert witness, trainer and educator.

Our experience encompasses all aspects of buildings, from inception, to completion and renovation. We have intuitive forensic skills, and skilled in cost estimating and plan review. We objectively identify problems and defect recognition. We deliver objective analysis and resolution of the client's issues and concerns. We are also a non-biased third party who can give advice to a buyer before purchasing a property or to the current owner prior to starting remodeling or renovation process.

Our experience enhances our ability to assist through education, guidance, planning, prudent decision making, and project management. We assist the property owner to break down the confusion of an overwhelming workload into manageable elements — scope, time cost, quality, human resources, risk, procurement and integration. An FHA 203 K consultant can assist property owners in navigating loan requirements and fulfilling their remodeling needs.
