- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off Xactimate pricing for restoration companies. We use a time and material format for billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We introduce ourselves and assess damages done. We will go through the restoration process and if all parties agree we will sign a contract to begin restoration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees go through training multiple times throughout the year. IICRC WRT- IICRC AMRT- Dewald academy of drying (E-3 = The science of Evaporation). We also go through training with NORMI and attend many continuing education credit courses.
