- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients with moisture problems, water leaks and or water damage, we provide a cost analysis and estimate. Clients with Odor problems we discuss negative air machine options. Clients with mold damage we provide a quote, additional information may be required such as the mold inspection reports and or air quality test result. Also, we formulate a protocol to remove the mold with every mold Inspection for a safe healthy home.
