I have taken several group classes like Fun Scent Games and Rally Obedience with my dogs at Courteous Canine, with Angelica as the instructor. She makes sure the dogs and the humans have so much fun in her classes! She is willing to answer any questions from students and always has great ideas and advice they can use with their dogs. She is so joyful when teaching - she gets excited and she gets the dogs excited so they enjoy learning and have success. I have also met with her for a private behavior consultation regarding my dog that is reactive to other dogs. I learned so much about how to help my dog and make both our lives much more stress free!

Angelica is not just a dog trainer. She cares about you, your dog and your life. She knows animal behavior very well. What stands out the most, her knowledge and the professionalism she has. I recommend anyone who has a dog problem or anyone starting out to contact Angelica.

FAQs

Dog training and behavior modification for dogs and cats. Pet sitting, dog walking, boarding, boarding and training. We also provide dog sport training for: agility, dock jumping, lure coursing, pushball and much more!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check references on any animal trainer you hire. Dog trainers recommended by Veterinary Behaviorists are the best to use. Certification helps but does not protect you from hiring someone who may not be ideal. Never allow any trainer to do something rough to your animal. Being rough is not any part of dog training.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Science based training is effective and fun!
