The agency has terrible communication, and despite my multiple attempts, it is not worth the effort. I reached out to City Light for my wedding, thinking it would be a good choice, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time.

Hi nathalie; I am very confused by this review. My assistant tried reaching out to you multiple times. You did not respond to her and continued to only contact me on my personal cell phone. I informed you that I was not personally available and sent over 3 other artist options for you. Once you selected an artist, we sent over the booking contract for you 3 times with no response until yesterday evening. I attempted to get in touch with the artist but he was filming until 1am. This morning he finally had gotten back to me, I did inform him that you had left a 2 star review because we haven’t gotten back to you immediately; please consider the fact that we are not a makeup counter but a team of high quality production artists who are in fact working. Our artist saw your behavior as a red flag and decided to forgo working with you. Please consider business hours and working with the assistance provided to you before judging and posting such an unfair review. I was also in touch with you this morning with additional options prior to just seeing this. I do wish you the best on your day and hope you find someone that can accommodate your needs.
