Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Roof Cleanings, pool cages, Driveway and sidewalk cleanings, building washing, restaurant exterior cleaning, HOA cleaning projects, Gum removal

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure they are a professional are insured and can provide you with proper documents to support it. Also ask if they have done similar jobs in the area. You would be supprised how many fly by night guys fake it till they damage property. You can also ask to see before and after pictures of like jobs. And never pay up front for a service.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Above all else our customer service seperates us from other bay area cleaners. We have trained Tech's that go through months of training before they are allowed to clean your property. The owner of the company attends multiple educational seminars to insure we use the most up to date cleaning methods in the industry. K & J is one of a hand full of companies in tampa that carry workmans comp ins.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like the instant gratification from cleaning something that was really dirty and making it look like new again. We always hear from customers how we just saved them a ton of money because now they don't have to replace their roof or paint their house. The feedback we get is very rewarding.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Are you going to kill all of my plants? The answer is No we take many precautions to make sure this does not happen.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We attend 3-4 conventions a year for continious education so we can learn about the newest equipment and technics in the industry.
