If you use the instant booking option, there is an additional fee of $65. The instant booking option allows you to choose the day and time you would like us to be onsite, in most cases this would be utilized in an emergency situation. Onsite written estimates are FREE. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer profile is created at initial consultation with client. Brand and system specifications are noted. Full inspection is completed, noting any concerns client has and inform client of options they have repair any issues.
