- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every three months I offer low-cost coaching in a group setting designed for those just sticking their toes in the water. That's a 10-week commitment for $100 to a weekly group coaching series. Each week will have a topic; each participant will have 'homework' specific to that topic. Each participant will have the option to schedule two 30-minute private sessions at $50 each. Additionally there are group offerings for the more experienced 'swimmer' - participants will have been placed in groups with those who have completed the initial group or had a series of five private sessions. This time the participants will design the agenda based on their needs or interests. Again each group member will be encouraged to do work during the week (or weeks - often these are scheduled every other week to allow time for practice). This ten-session group is $250 and INCLUDES either a one-hour or two private 30-minute sessions. Private sessions are offered from January to May at $100 per hour or a package of five for $400.

In addition to being personally coached, I take on-line and group-coaching sessions to sharpen my skills and learn new ones.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Teaching ... mentoring ... consulting ... coaching ... planning ... selling ... mothering ... leading ... my resume could go on and on. As I look back I see that each skill I learned works well with life (choice) coaching; but the most important piece probably is the fact that I myself have on-going coaching and do the 'work' myself. I too am a work in progress.
