Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. If you are seeking to jump-start your working environment, kicking it up to the next level, working with Marcia will get you and yours started on that journey in a way that will STICK, not be pushed aside and make an immediate positive difference in your working culture. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Finding and bringing in the "right" speaker makes all the difference. Fun, funny, engaging, challenging, rewarding: all must be in the mix to effectively entice people to adapt new habits, to grow your working/teaching/learning environment. My secret is finding what makes your group tick and then pushing/pulling to effect immediately effective change.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. What value-added results can I expect during and after your presentation? Are there pre-event requirements that prepare participants for the sessions? What materials provide on-going effects after this session or day of sessions? Is there follow-up for the group or for the individual? What provisions exist for repeat exercises? Would the same individual be assigned specifically to meet our needs on a follow-up basis? How available and accessible is our person for future sessions? Is off-site training available? Is phone conference training available.
