- What types of customers have you worked with?
Although I handle ALL types of Criminal case, by far the most common are DUI offenses and Drug offenses. A competent lawyer should be able to assist you by explaining possible defenses. Even in those cases where the State has evidence to prove guilt, a lawyer should be able to negotiate minimal penalties and possibly avoid jail. Discuss you case with a lawyer to see how your case may benefit.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would encourage a potential client to interview with several lawyers before making a decision to hire any particular lawyer. You should feel comfortable with the lawyer that you ultimately choose to represent you in your case. Ask specifically about their experience, their qualifications and the types of cases they have handled in the past. Suggestions would include years of practice, number of trials, and type of trials. Ask how frequently the lawyer tries cases.
