A. Many self claimed computer repair guys are nothing more than hobbits turned computer shop, they have no idea what they are doing most of the time, be careful who you trust your computer too, or you may have more issues than just a slow computer.

A. Prevention and education is the best solution for virus issues, the most advertised product is not always the best.

A. In our experience we have met many people with computer certifications and know nothing about repairs minor and major issues, the best thing to do is ask questions about how they plan to fix your issue, and what kind of experience they have doing it.
