For them to make sure they are hiring a licensed professional. Also check any online reviews. And to make sure they are very specific as to what exactly they need to have done at time of estimate. A lot of lawn companies only offer basic lawn care, and if you ever need any additional work completed you are still going to have to find someone other than your lawn care provider to get it accomplished.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers need to understand that there is alot of knowledge needed to be a great lawn care company. Many of the men in this profession don't have the desire to learn the skills, or develop their knowledge needed to keep your lawn and landscape green and healthy. I have been in this profession 28 years and seen companies come and go by the thousands. We keep our customers for life.
