What makes one personal trainer any different from the rest? Experience, skill set, education, delivery, etc.
Anyone can kick your butt with some tough exercises, but I like to put an emphasis on education. I make sure to communicate with all of my clients in a simple way that they can understand, all the information they will need to stay healthy and fit, even after I'm gone. This is my goal. I want you to know why you are doing what you are doing.
Anyone can call themselves a "personal trainer" as long as they have a certification. So, how can you make sure you are getting what you want?
Ask questions! Ask me anything you want, and I'll give you my honest answer. If I don't know the answer, I'll tell you I don't know it, and then I'll find it.

I take pride in being as versatile as possible in the field of health and fitness. Rather than specialize in one particular field, I make sure to stay educated and up to date in all areas of fitness, so that I may cater to any individual who comes my way.
Experience:
I am currently a head trainer and a fitness and nutrition specialist at the gym of the world-famous Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. I am also the director of fitness programming at TRAQ Ltd., interactive fitness technology.
I have worked at the Florida State Leach Center, as well as at Gold's Gym as a personal trainer for years. I have worked with men and women of all body types, from obese to athletic. I have worked with a variety of people, from visually impaired to members of the U.S. Air Force and the Police Academy. I have also worked with different celebrities and athletes, like Antonio Cramarte (NY Jets), Shaun T. (Insanity DVD workouts), and even DJ Tiesto.
I am very passionate about health and fitness, and I love what I do. Nothing is more rewarding for me than seeing results in my clients and improving their quality of life!
