We are the only caterer who provides the traditional Argentine Style Grill BBQ (called aswell "On Site Parrillada Argentina" or "Asado Criollo") in Miami Dade and Broward.
A. Ask them how they cook it. If they use gas or regular charcoal IS NOT A TRADITIONAL COUNTRY STYLE ARGENTINIAN PARRILLADA! We cook it with wood charcoal! and it taste like heaven with it!
