I am on a journey towards health and fitness and Faye is making such a difference in my life. I see change on a daily basis. She takes my whole lifestyle into account and has taught me so much already about nutrition, strength and motivation, among other things.The sessions are completely customized to my particular needs and issues.   • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I usually go to two conferences a year and then I attend one or two workshops to keep up to date with the newest trends and perfect my skills.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been passionate about being healthy and fit. After having my youngest child I decided that I would get into the best shape of my life and after seeing my results I knew that I wanted to share this with other people by sharing my knowledge of health and fitness.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do persona; training which includes weight training, strength training, flexibility training, core stability, and total body functionality. I also teach yoga privatley.
